Mudkriptor allows you to upload your infected file to a website, which will then encrypt it and send back. At the moment it doesn’t have a great amount of features, but through extensive testing and help from the community I hope to be able to add more features soon.

Ophcrack is a Windows password cracker based on a time-memory trade-off using rainbow tables. This is a new variant of Hellman’s original trade-off, with better performance. It recovers 99.9% of alphanumeric passwords in seconds.” <- taken from sourceforge.

What do you need:
1. Physical contact with the computer.
2. CD with Ophcrack on it.
3. The computer must be able to boot from CD(which shouldn’t be a problem).
(you don’t need limited user access or anything else)

How to use:
(First download the image file from the provided link, and burn it to a CD.)
After you have the Ophcrack Live CD:
1. Make the computer you wanna crack in to boot from CD. For those who don’t know how, just enter into the BIOS and search for a boot priority, just change the sequence to boot from CD first, save changes and exit.(if you don’t know how to access the BIOS search google for it, also google may help with the boot priority).
2. Enter the CD and reboot. It will boot up to linux, and you’ll be able to handle it from there. It might ask you ‘which partition’ you wanna scan, and everything else will be done by itself. It will find the password for every user on that disc partition.

What is a VPN?
A VPN (virtual private network) is an alternative to a truly private network, where someone completely owns the infrastructure (i.e., wires) between locations and no one else can use it. Typically a VPN is used when some part of the network path crosses a public network such as the Internet or, in the case of wireless, “airspace.” A VPN may also be used to provide additional security on private networks. The VPN builds an encrypted “tunnel” through a public/private network which provides the necessary confidentiality (this prevents snooping), sender authentication (this prevents identity spoofing), and data integrity for secure access to private resources.

A VPN client allows you to “tunnel” all of your traffic to UCSB over an encrypted, authenticated link which terminates on campus at our VPN server. The VPN server decrypts your traffic and forwards it to whatever its original destination was, but it changes the source address of your traffic from your ISP-assigned address to a UCSB-assigned address. This way, all of your traffic appears to be coming from on campus and may not be limited by internal Internet firewall rules.

What is a proxy?
Proxy sites enable you to bypass your own Internet provider and browse through the proxy web site. All that you have to do is type the web site address you would like to visit in the form they provide, and start browsing. Once you keep browsing using that form, you are protected and your real IP address is not being logged.

Hello,

I have seen many antivirus software posted on several electronic sites, even some that need third-party software to crack / register.

I am not a big fan of third-party applications when it comes to antivirus, because you don’t want to risk having a backdoored or infected copy of your security system software.

My personal favorite is Kaspersky Internet security, but since they blacklist their keys so damn fast, i resorted to my second favorite which i am posting right here ESET SS 4.0.4 Its easy to download and setup!

You can download a copy directly from the original website, here are the steps:

1. Go to ESET download page for a free trial.
2. You will see text in bold, that says you have to register your email in order to receive login and pass to the download section.
3. Enter your email, and check your inbox (or) spam folder for the details.
4. Go back to the download page, you choose the 32bit or 64bit version.
5. Enter your details received in the mail, save download to desktop.
6. Run installation program
7. While installing you can use the same details you got in your mail (to activate trial).
8. After trial runs out (or right away) go to this site here or here to get the newest login details.

This way you are 100% secure and don’t have to worry about a backdoored of infected anti-virus you got from a torrentsite.
